Upon reading this, I am reminded to “be still and know that He is God.” This world in which we live is constantly pulling us in so many ways. Either to believe that we “deserve” whatever we want, or that God is either unwilling or unable to give us what we think we deserve. The truth being that He knows so much more than we do. How much better our lives will be if we stop fighting Him and trying to determine our own path, but rather be still and trust that His ways and thoughts are higher than ours.
